And is more friendly to the environment with a smaller carbon footprint than a standard DVD case. The drawback for the Digi style case for the Eco-minded was the use of a crystal polystyrene tray. And, the alternative, using a paperform tray solved the crystal polystyrene issue but introduced a non working hub that wore out quickly and did not securely retain the disc. Clear-Vu solved this problem with the introduction of a modified paperfoam tray that fuses the benefits of a paper based product with a minimized plastic hub and disc retention clip comprising less than 5% of total weight. The design is suitable for DVD, CD and Blu-ray media formats.
